Take junction 25 at Bodelwyddan, then follow the Woodfest signs for about 1.5 miles.

Approaching on the A55 from the West (Conwy)
Take junction 24 at Abergele, then follow the Woodfest signs for about 1.5 miles.

Approaching from the South on A525
Join the A55 at juction 26 or 27 and Follow the A55 to junction 25, then follow the Woodfest signs for about 1.5 miles.

Advanced 3 day - Adult £ 35.00, Concessions £33.00

Groups
For group bookings ( minimum of 10 people)

Camping/Caravans

Tents - £20 per person for 4 nights (plus the cost of advance tickets as above)

Caravans - £30 per person for 4 nights (plus the cost of advance tickets as above)

*All children up to 15 years are free for camping and free entrance to Festival*

Camping is only available from Friday 1st June 2012 to Tuesday 5th June ( 4 nights only), prices are fixed and are for all 4 nights regardless of whether you stay less.

Parking
Free on site parking is available for cars, buses etc. Visitors arriving between 10-11am should be able to park near to the main entrance, visitors arriving in the afternoon may have to park up to 500 metres from the entrance.

 

Bus Routes

Regular buses run from Rhyl/Denbigh to St Asaph and from Abergele to Bodelwyddan.

Free Shuttle Bus

A Free shuttle bus will be operating daily from St Asaph and Bodelwyddan direct to the Woodfest site.
This service will start at 9am and be running every hour until 2pm. The shuttle will arrive in St Asaph on the hour and depart at Quarter past, then arrive in Bodelwyddan at half past and arrive on site at quarter to the hour.


Disabled

The Woodfest takes place on grass fields.  Almost all areas of the event are accessible by wheelchair, we have disabled toilet facilities and car parking near to the main entrance.
Please Note: The fields are inspected thoroughly prior to the event, however, uneven surfaces do occur and care should be taken at all times.

Dogs
Dogs on leads are allowed on the showground - Any distressed dogs will be removed by the RSPCA/Police from cars and no liability will be accepted for any damage caused. For reasons of hygiene and health, please do not allow dogs to foul areas around tradestands or other public places.

CANCELLATION OR ABANDONMENT
If the event is cancelled or abandoned before the end, money paid in respect of advance bookings or a logical proportion thereof will be refunded on the return to the Box Office of tickets/passes that could not be used because of the cancellation or abandonment.

Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the Organisers, nor any agent, employee or representative of this body accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury, to spectators, dogs, exhibitors, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to any persons or to withdraw permission at any time to remain in the festival and shall not be required to give any reason for such action. The organisers cannot be held responsible for attractions or displays not taking place due to bad weather or unforseen circumstances.
