Mountain Bike Challenge

Some of the UK's top MTB trials riders are gathering together at Woodfest to test their skills on the custom built trials course.
 
Matt Barlow, slowprogress.co.uk rider, said, "There has never been a course like this built in Wales before. It looks amazing but will be incredibly difficult to ride"
 
Welsh rider Will Arnold commented, "I'm particularly looking forward to trying out the balance beam which stands at a huge 11 foot high."
 
The custom designed course will consist of North Shore style see-saws coupled with gap jumps over water. Testing the riders balance and concentration to the max there will be a 'Tractor Tyre Gap Jumps' section and a Land Rover that the riders will have to negotiate their bikes up, over and off.
 
Matt said, "Woodfest have really let their imaginations run wild with this course. It is so good that one rider who was planning on riding in the UK championships has forgone that opportunity to come and ride at Woodfest instead."
