Education & Training Zone

The Education & Learning Zone occupies a large part of the main field and includes an educational/woodcraft marquee, a virtual forest, university and college information sites and an interactive zone.

Bonsai - located in the Education & Learning Zone 'The Japanese art of cultivating ornamental artificially dwarfed varieties of tree & shrubs'. An exhibition of world class bonsai with demonstrations and artists in attendance able to offer information and advice. Bonsai, pre-bonsai, young trees and accent plants, pots, tools and accessories available to view and buy.
Vale of Clwyd Bonsai Society along with various local bonsai growers held their Annual Show at Woodfest Wales in 2006 and 2007, we hope they will be attending again in 2008 

The zone will also include a wide variety of other exhibitors. We hope to expand upon last years exhibitor list which included:
